Article 1 | Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every agreement that has been concluded between Tokyo Snack Store and the consumer. By entering into an agreement with Tokyo Snack Store, you agree to these terms and conditions. These conditions are only deviated from if Tokyo Snack Store has agreed to this in writing.

 

In this case, the agreement means placing an order, accepting an offer, requesting a quote etc.

 

Article 2 | Price and product

All products on Tokyo Snack Store are accurately described. If there are any uncertainties about this, you can contact Tokyo Snack Store. All prices include 21% Dutch VAT and exclude shipping costs. The final shipping costs are calculated during the ordering process. Tokyo Snack Store is at all times entitled to make price changes.

 

Article 3 | Warranty

All items sold on Tokyo Snack Store are of good quality. The products on the site are described as thoroughly as possible. If problems arise with the products you ordered, you can contact Tokyo Snack Store.

 

Article 4 | Delivery and execution

Tokyo Snack Store will take the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders for products and when assessing applications for the provision of services.

As the place of delivery applies to the address that the consumer has made known to Tokyo Snack Store. As a customer, you are responsible for providing the correct address, paying all tariffs, duties, taxes, VAT, and other charges that may occur when importing the ordered products to the customer's country.

The entrepreneur will execute accepted orders expeditiously but at the latest within 30 days, unless a different delivery period has been agreed. If the delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot or only partially be executed, the consumer will be notified of this no later than 30 days after he has placed the order. In that case, the consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement without costs and is entitled to any compensation.

After dissolution in accordance with the previous paragraph, the entrepreneur will immediately refund the amount that the consumer has paid.

The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with the entrepreneur until the moment of delivery to the consumer or a representative designated in advance and made known to the entrepreneur, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

 

Article 5 | Payment

Payments are made using the payment options shown on the payment methods page.

 

 

Article 6 | Complaints

If there are complaints, you can always contact Tokyo Snack Store. A suitable solution for your problem will then always be sought. Please keep in mind it has to be done within 2 working days upon arrival.

No sale and promo products are not accepted.

 

Article 7 | Cancel and return

You can cancel your order by sending an email to Tokyo Snack Store.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt of your order, if you are dissatisfied. Please note that the shipping costs are for your own account. You are responsible for the original packaging and shipping of the product. In addition, the product should not have any signs of use. If the product is not returned properly, Tokyo Snack Store cannot reimburse the costs of this product.

No sale and promo products are not accepted.

Tokyo Snack Store has the right to cancel orders that are not placed in accordance with the terms and conditions .

 

Article 8 | Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. The shipping cost that you've paid isn't refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@tokyosnackstore.com.

 

Article 9 | Discount codes

Discount codes are available in some cases/for specific promotions. The use of a discount code is only approved / is only legitimate if it is used on the intended items (this is stated with the items). If a discount code is used incorrectly, you will be contacted to resolve this. Your order will only be shipped when the correct total amount of your order has been paid.

Which country do you ship?

We ship to EU countries. Upon requests we'd like to ship to other countries such as UK and Switzerland.

How can I pay for the order?

We accept iDeal, creditcards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and so on.

You have a right to return your order within 14 days if it's unopened in original packages.
